NOAH Basketball Teams
VARSITY
NOAH’s Varsity teams are coached by experienced coaches with an emphasis on Christian character as well as skill development and competition. Teams carry a game schedule of 40-45 games, including tournaments. NOAH plays public, private, and Christian schools; as well as other homeschool teams. Athletes age 15-18 (as of Sept, 1st) are eligible on our teams. Tryouts are held in September. The Varsity teams will normally also compete in summer leagues and team camps.
JR VARSITY
NOAH’s JV teams are coached within the varsity staff and personnel. Any Junior High player moving up to the Junior Varsity/Varsity level is encouraged to participate in all summer activities with the program to earn a spot on the roster.
JUNIOR HIGH
NOAH’s Junior High consist of players 13 -14 years old, as of September 1st. When possible, NOAH will have multiple teams in this age group, each with its own coaches. We play in the INBC league and play between 20-25 games with Tournaments included. Junior High teams are expected to participate in the homeschool regional and national tournaments at the end of the year.
ELEMENTARY
All NOAH Elementary Teams (boys & girls) will be age-based (student age on September 1st). All players attending the evaluation process will be placed on a team according to skill level. Fundamentals are stressed with the intent to develop players for higher level of competition, if they desire. Attendance at all practices is required.
