Ultimate Frisbee Practice & Games:
Tuesday, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
(Weekly Event)

  NOAH ultimate practice will be each Tuesday at Heller Park (off Utica between 51st and 61st) from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Everyone is welcome to come out and huck the disk. Bring an ultimate disk if you have one.

  The High School Ultimate League of Tulsa usually meets at Heller Park on Tuesdays at 4:30pm to 5:30pm.  So if we have enough high school athletes show up, we can get in some games with them after practice.

  NOAH could use more players, so please come out to play ultimate with us on Tuesdays at Heller Park from 3:30 to 5:30. For the glory of God!  Hope to see you there,
