Connie Bogard
In high school Coach Bogard participated in basketball,
volleyball, softball, and track taking up tennis later in
life. Making up
for lost time, her first Indian Springs adult tennis team
logged an undefeated regular season. Moving on to
District play, they took first place qualifying her team for
USTA Nationals in
Palm Springs, California.
While in Palm Springs, Coach Connie logged her first
loss of the year; her team still took 4th in the Nation.
USTA promptly moved her national ranking up to 2 levels and
today she plays at Level 3.5. Connie has played tennis for 4

To Coach Bogard tennis is the perfect sport because the
entire family can participate long after high school. She
has had 4 children playing tennis at one time and her 17
years old son plays competitive USTA tennis.
